SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
EasyHumid does not sell any product under its subscription packages. Instead, we provide HumidBox and humidifying machines on a rental/subscription basis. These items remain the property of EasyHumid, and you may use them until the end of your subscription period. Upon expiration, you must return all equipment in undamaged condition. Any physical damage will result in a deduction from your security deposit or an additional charge.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the service or website content without express written permission from us. Headings in this agreement are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Subscription prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or content without prior notice. We are not liable for any price changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Your active subscription price will remain unchanged until renewal, at which point the new pricing will apply.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and account information, including email addresses and payment details. This ensures smooth transaction processing and communication.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or subscription. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per club, or per order at our discretion. If we modify or cancel an order, we may notify you via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you provide us with testimonials, social shares, or creative suggestions (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may use them without restriction for marketing and promotional purposes. We have no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or offer compensation for them.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After completion, your purchase transaction information is not retained.
Our payment gateway adheres to PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort by brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days and the estimated delivery will be with-in 3 - 6 business days after processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
2.1 Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2.2 Exchanges
We are happy to offer a replacement for items that arrive physically damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at , and our team will assist you promptly. You may also call us at the contact number listed on our website to expedite the process.
2.3 Refunds
- Service costs are non-refundable.
- If you cancel your subscription and return the company-owned products, your security fee will be fully refunded.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
